Located at Highland and Melrose Avenues, at the edge of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, Petit Trois is one of LA’s most enchanting French-style bistros. The focus here is on food, not decor, and the restaurant has that casual air of a neighborhood hangout—albeit with delicious French food!
The menu features an array of bistro classics such as steak frites, omelettes (with boursin cheese and chives, rumored to be a favorite of Justin Timberlake), French onion soup, and escargots Burgundy (snails in garlic butter). The menu changes frequently, depending on what food is in season and available. Expect to pay between $13 and $20 for an appetizer and between $18 and $36 for entrées. In addition to the extensive list of beer, spirits, and wine, there’s a menu of classic cocktails, such as Le Daiquiri, Grape Expectations, and Le Secret Ivre.
Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Petit Trois is the second collaboration between Ludovic Lefevre (who hails from Burgundy) and Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook, best known for their popular LA eateries, Animal and Son Of A Gun.
Please note: Petit Trois only takes credit and debit cards (no cash), and an 18 percent gratuity is automatically added to the bill.
