Auberge du Vieux-Port is an intimate boutique hotel that’s sure to charm even the most discerning of travelers. Located 12 miles from Montreal International Airport (YUL) in Canada’s Quebec province, this hotel is set along the cobblestoned streets of Old Montreal, and it’s within walking distance of many of the city’s most popular attractions. Montreal Science Centre and Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal can both be reached within five minutes. The best time to come by is during spring or fall when Montreal is less crowded and temperatures average between 45 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Auberge du Vieux-Port is possibly the most picturesque hotel in all of Montreal. Set within two 150-year-old structures, it’s the only hotel along the Saint Lawrence River. And its exceptional location is matched only by its exquisite decor. Original stone and brick walls are combined with mahogany and leather furnishings to bring a warm ambiance to every room. Guests can even enjoy the atmosphere from the hotel’s traditional tavern or rooftop bar. Taverne Gaspar offers classic pub fare and a comprehensive collection of spirits and Terrasse Sur L’Auberge offers an array of cocktail while providing astounding views of Old Montreal.

Room prices range from $120 to $550 USD per night. However, Auberge du Vieux-Port only has 45 rooms, and making a reservation in advance is recommended.
